The Women’s Health Leadership TRUST Forum is our signature annual event, welcoming both members and the broader community for an evening designed to inspire, connect and celebrate women leaders across health care and beyond. We are thrilled to welcome Minnesota’s own Jessie Diggins — Olympic champion, world-class athlete, author, and advocate — as our 2026 TRUST Forum keynote speaker.
Jessie made history with her unforgettable, come-from-behind Olympic gold medal performance in PyeongChang and has since become the most decorated American cross-country skier in history.
But Jessie’s story goes far beyond medals.
Known for her grit, joy, and ability to “go deep into the pain cave,” Jessie speaks candidly about resilience, mental health, leadership, and the courage to push past limits. In her memoir Brave Enough, she shares her journey through adversity and growth, offering powerful lessons on perseverance, self-belief and showing up fully.
A passionate environmental advocate and committed mentor, Jessie embodies the values of strength, humility and giving back, making her a meaningful voice for the our community and beyond.

As part of our annual Forum, we celebrate women who are advancing efforts to boldly transform the future of health care through the TRUST Awards. Award recipients will be recognized and celebrated at the Forum event. 2026 award recipients will be announced soon, including:
