Molly Clark earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at Drake University, her post-graduate residency at Northwestern Memorial in Chicago and her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina.
Following her work as a clinical pharmacist, Molly was inspired and motivated to improve healthcare and for the past 20 years she has had various leadership roles in making care safer through high reliability and improving patient outcomes through quality improvement efforts. She joined the Allina Health System in 2019 as the System Vice President for Safety and Quality and while at Allina has taken on additional leadership duties focused on performance improvement, transformation, population health and care management. Most recently Molly was named the Senior Vice President, Chief Performance and Care Model Transformation Officer for Allina Health.
Molly is closing out a two-year term on the Board of Directors at Minnesota Community Measurement. She sits on the Make Hunger History Advisory Council, a community-wide initiative in Minnesota to cut hunger in half by 2030. In her local community she’s a board member for the Edina Girls Athletic Association.
