Meredyth Lacombe, MPA, PMP, is a Senior Manager in Healthcare Consulting at Eide Bailly, where she leads strategic planning, operational improvement, and service line growth initiatives for hospitals and health systems. In this role, Meredyth directs complex, multi-workstream engagements focused on translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, improving productivity, and strengthening financial and operational performance. She brings more than 15 years of experience across healthcare strategy, finance, and operations, with prior leadership roles at Mayo Clinic, NYU Langone Health, Columbia University Medical Center, and Mount Sinai Health System.
Meredyth serves as an Associate Board Member of the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST and is active with ACHE Minnesota. She holds a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Finance from New York University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
