Lisa Spann is Vice President, Regional Network Market Lead and has been with Medica for more than 15 years in various roles. She is currently a leader in Medica’s Provider Network Management area where she has responsibility for developing and strengthening large provider system relationships, including leading and managing contract negotiations. One key area of focus is ACO network development, engagement and partnering on value-based arrangements. Prior to her current role, Lisa was responsible for the product strategy, development, and execution of Medica’s market-leading ACO products.
Prior to joining Medica, Lisa held various positions at Fairview Health Services, which included experience in areas of clinic operations, provider contracting, quality measurement and data analysis. Most recently, she was the Director of Analysis and Network Management at Fairview Physician Associates. Lisa has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis.
