Lisa Richards Diebel is a human resources executive with a history of leading large-scale change in global organizations. After a career in technology consulting and leadership within financial services, Lisa was most recently Senior Vice President People at Optum and previously led UnitedHealth Group’s People Mergers & Acquisitions team. Lisa also served as the CHRO of OptumRx. Lisa leads with compassion and a deep commitment to advancing equity, building talent futures and investing in healthy communities.
Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Olaf College and a Master’s degree in HR/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Lisa resides with her family in Minnesota.
