Lisa Estevez, MA, CCMP is a creative and energetic leader, currently serving as the Business Office Manager at Allina Health Surgery Center Brooklyn Park. For more than 20 years, she has grown her career in health care working in operations roles. Lisa’s special interests include project management, change management, process improvement, operational efficiency and leadership development.
Lisa graduated from St. Catherine University with a BS in Communications and Bethel University with an MA in Strategic Leadership and will complete the MBA program in May of 2024. She holds certification in Prosci Change Management (Certified Change Management Professional). In 2023, she also became the President of the Edgewood Middle School Parent and Teachers Association. Her husband, Tony, and sons, Rhys and Reid, are her biggest cheerleaders. Social interests include bowling, crafting, and social gatherings with friends and family.
