Lindsay Dittberner has been with UnitedHealth Group (UHG) for over 13 years serving in a variety of roles across the company. Lindsay is Chief Executive Officer for Optum Home Delivery and divvyDOSE Pharmacy, helping consumers with their medication needs and shipping those prescriptions directly to the homes of those we serve. She participates in several mentorship programs within UHG, including Women in Leadership Council and Optum Leadership Experience.
Previously, VP of Pharmacy Operations at OptumRx. She has also served in various roles across UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and Optum; Chief of Staff for the Chief Customer Officer at Optum; various transformation and merger and acquisition efforts across Optum and UHC, focused on lowering health care costs for our business and consumers.
Before UnitedHealth Group, Lindsay worked at Huron Consulting Group, driving revenue cycle management for various health systems across the U.S.
Lindsay has a B.A. in Business, Psychology and Organizational Communications from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She lives in Minnesota with her husband, Adam, and two kids, Claire (12) and Jack (9). She enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her family.
