Lindsay Dittberner has been with UnitedHealth Group (UHG) for over 15 years serving in a variety of roles across the company. Lindsay is currently Senior Vice President of Government Consumer Operations at UnitedHealthcare. Prior to that, she spent 5 years in OptumRx, more recently as Chief Executive Officer for Optum Home Delivery Pharmacy and various pharmacy operational roles. She has served in various roles across UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and Optum; Chief of Staff for the Chief Customer Officer at Optum; various transformation efforts across Optum and UHC, all focused on lowering costs and simplifying the healthcare system for consumers.
Before UnitedHealth Group, Lindsay worked at Huron Consulting Group, driving revenue cycle management for various health systems across the U.S. Lindsay has a B.A. in Business, Psychology and Organizational Communications from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her family.
