Irina Williams, CLSSGB, CoreCHI, MBA Candidate is an innovative leader, driving change among people, processes, and technologies. Irina has a demonstrated track record of building engaged management teams and leveraging cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to drive a high standard of excellence in the quality of clinical support service operations and program management with sustainable success.
Irina is currently a consultant on Program Strategy in Health Equity Integration at Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota (BCBS). Before her work at BCBS, Irina led key transformation and growth initiatives in Language Access and Remote Patient Safety Monitoring at Allina Health, resulting in increased patient safety and patient health outcomes, as well as improved provider experience and financial outcomes.
Irina has been a member of the TRUST since 2022. Serving on the TRUST Sponsorship Committee and the Associate Board, Irina is passionate about leveraging her leadership and business skills to help TRUST advance its mission of supporting amazing health care women leaders across Minnesota. Irina lives with her husband and daughter, and in her free time, enjoys nature, deep talks with her friends, and reading.
