Holly Scholl

Holly is an innovative, results-focused population health leader known for creating collaborative partnerships, effectively piloting and launching successful digital healthcare platforms, community-focused interventions, and benefits aimed at addressing access to care and Social Drivers of Health, as well as improving health outcomes for the chronically ill and underserved. In her 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, Holly has partnered with health plans, care systems, community health organizations, healthcare start-ups and health information technology sectors. Holly has driven strategies to improve health outcomes for patients, employees, members and the community while cultivating sustainable partnerships with health plans, employers, local public health, community health entities and care delivery systems.
In her current role as Director of Strategic Alliance Management for Omada Health, Holly oversees strategic health plan partnerships in their efforts to improve member outcomes and achieve total cost of care savings for their members living with chronic conditions.

Holly has been a member of the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST for seven years, actively contributing to the Sponsorship and Programming Committees, as well as serving as Chair for the Associate Board from 2021-2022 prior to joining the Board of Directors in January 2023. She is committed to elevating the next generation of rising leaders in healthcare and lives the mission of the TRUST in her role as a Board member and through meaningful interactions with many members.

Holly earned her Masters of Public Health from the University of Arizona in 2004. She lives in Lakeville with her husband, two sons and an energetic cockapoo.
