Ellie Hallen is a transformational healthcare leader focused on advancing innovative care delivery models that improve affordability, quality, access, and patient experience. She currently serves as Market Vice President, Affiliates at NeueHealth, where she partners with primary care groups and federally qualified health centers serving Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA populations to improve population health outcomes and operational performance nationwide. Ellie brings deep experience from leadership roles at Allina Health, where she served as Director of Care Transformation, Population Health, and Clinically Integrated Network Operations, as well as prior administrative residencies at Sutter Health, HealthPartners and Boston Medical Center. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from Boston College. Ellie serves as a board member and secretary of the Women’s Healthcare Leadership TRUST Associate Board, contributing her expertise and commitment to developing the next generation of healthcare leaders.
