Caitlin Campbell is the Director of Operations and Strategy at the Allina Health Cancer Institute. She is responsible for enterprise-wide cancer care including cancer center and breast center operations and program development. Caitlin has over 10 years of experience in clinical service line leadership, medical group practice management, new program start-up and business development. She is a results-oriented, partnership-focused leader dedicated to advancing quality care delivery.
Caitlin received her master’s degree in health administration from the University of Minnesota and her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin — La Crosse. Caitlin serves on the Associate Board for the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST, is a member of the Forum Committee and supports the annual TRUST Awards. Caitlin also serves as a board member for the Susan G. Komen Minnesota Chapter, sits on the Minnesota Cancer Alliance Steering Committee and is an Association of Cancer Executives Fellow. She lives in Minnesota with her husband and two children.
