Caitlin Campbell is the System Director of Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, and the System Access Center at HealthPartners. She leads emergency medicine and critical care practice management and programs, and oversees HP Direct, the organization’s 24/7 access center supporting regional hospital transfers and clinician coordination. Caitlin has extensive experience in medical group practice management, clinical service line leadership, and enterprise-wide inpatient and outpatient operations and program development. She is a results-oriented, partnership-focused leader dedicated to advancing accessible and quality care delivery.
Caitlin earned her master’s degree in health administration from the University of Minnesota and her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin — La Crosse. She serves on the Associate Board for the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST and is Co-Chair of the Forum Committee. She also serves as a board member for the Susan G. Komen Minnesota Chapter, is an Association of Cancer Executives Fellow, and a clerkship advisor for the University of Minnesota MHA Program.
