Vidya Ramraj, Senior Finance and Operations Consultant, Versique Consulting

What is your current role?

I am a Senior Finance and Operations Consultant at Versique Consulting. I hold the Chartered Accountant certification from India and a CPA (inactive). My current role allows me to fulfill my passion for financial and operational excellence by driving efficiency, growth and effectiveness within the recently established Shared Success Center for our client. I support senior leadership in implementing strategic plans for shared services, technology integration and the creation of standardized processes, as well as driving project and change management. This role has allowed me to collaborate with a tremendous group of leaders and subject matter experts in finance, treasury, legal and marketing to make the Unified operations model successful.

Before joining Versique, I spent over 10 years at NMDP in various roles, including Internal Audit & Risk Management, Innovation Lab, Operations, and Project Management. After a hiatus to raise my daughters, I reentered the workforce as a Finance and Grant Management Coordinator at the United Way of Dane County. Before moving to the U.S., I was the lead auditor performing external audits across multiple industries in India.

As an immigrant, my journey into the U.S. non-profit sector began 20 years ago while I was a stay-at-home mom. I co-founded 52 MOMS (Mothers on a Mission to Serve), a non-profit dedicated to meeting children’s needs. More recently, I joined the Give MN Board and served as the Treasurer and founding member of Impact100 Twin Cities chapter. These opportunities have allowed me to be part of a community dedicated to giving back and supporting missions for the greater good.

Why did you join the TRUST?
