Hybrid Work for Managers & Leaders:  Mayo’s “Committed flexibility” Work Strategy of Bold.Forward.@Work, Phase II

How can managers effectively lead in a hybrid work world with some employees remaining virtual and others returning to the office? How can you as a leader better inspire, engage, and retain every employee on your team, no matter where they are located? What can you do to manage up effectively with senior leadership in a transitional work environment where some executives are not accessible in person?

Mayo Clinic is leading the way in strategies that support fairness, equity, and high performance across all employees in our hybrid work world. Join us to hear how Mayo is engaging employees no matter their location, while working to drive productivity and consider the constant “work-life” blur of disruptions that the pandemic and our new way of work has brought to every employee.

Attendees will take away key best practices for managing in our hybrid work world, including concrete ways to drive performance standards, retain remote employees, and even manage COVID policies across multiple locations.

Join us for Phase II of learning Mayo Clinic’s strategy to be Bold.Forward.@Work, a strategy focused on driving connection, action, and innovation in the new “committed flexibility” work environment of the future.
