2026 Women’s Health Leadership TRUST Forum Awards Nomination Form: Collaboration & Partnership

Nomination Process

Award recipients are nominated by peers who can attest to the nominee’s attributes for the recommended award. Please return all completed nominations by January 16, 2026.

Collaboration & Partnerships

This award will honor a woman who is building partnerships within an organization or forging collaborative external relationships that address a common goal where both parties benefit.

Complex health challenges cannot be solved by a single discipline or organization alone. Meaningful progress often requires intentional collaboration, sometimes even radical collaboration, where diverse perspectives, creative tension, and opposing ideas come together to drive innovative solutions. This award recognizes leaders who leverage partnerships to improve health care delivery, outcomes, and equity for all.
