In that role, she is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the teams accountable for the NMDP Registry and its associated members and donors. She then served for four years as director of cell and gene therapy operations for NMDP BioTherapiesSM, where she was responsible for overseeing supply chain management, development and management of collection networks, and identifying and sourcing allogeneic donor cells.
