Kate combines strategic leadership with operational excellence to drive innovative, high-impact solutions that enhance care delivery and community wellness.
In her role as a Population Health Advisor at Hennepin Healthcare, Kate leads enterprise and local transformation initiatives within a safety-net health system. She facilitates and guides organizational changes that improve care delivery, enhance contract performance, and promote health equity. Known for her ability to co-create innovative models of care, Kate drives improvements across the care continuum while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
