Emily Fry, MBA, is Vice President, Strategy at Sanford Health, where she leverages over 15 years of strategic healthcare leadership experience focused on value-based care across the continuum, strategic planning, new business development, and innovative strategies for portfolio growth.
Prior to joining Sanford Health, Emily served as the executive leader of Geisinger’s Innovation Operations, spanning the four verticals of clinical redesign, intelligent automation, payment transformation, and innovation ventures. In this role, she led a cross-functional business division responsible for supporting the enterprise to realize a unified end-to-end innovation strategy focused on the consumer, building transformative, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
Emily currently serves as a board member of the Keystone Accountable Care Organization and has previously served on the boards of Healthcare Improvement Foundation and ACHE of Central Pennsylvania.ania.
