Ann Duginske Cibulka, MBA, is Vice President of Real Estate Development, Healthcare at Ryan Companies US, Inc. For more than half a decade, Ann has been an outstanding representative for Ryan‘s healthcare clients and the communities they serve.
She is a trusted leader, working closely with local, regional and national healthcare partners to bring their most ambitious projects to life. Ann’s responsibilities include managing project partner relationships, site selection, land acquisition, leasing, contract negotiation and the coordination of design, construction and financing. Her unique understanding of strategic planning and economic development enables her to help her clients develop long-term growth strategies and navigate the complex real estate development process.
Ann’s affiliations and memberships also include: City of Minnetonka EDAC Commissioner, Urban Land Institute of Minnesota and Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women. She received her MBA from the University of St. Thomas and Bachelor of Business Administration Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Ann also holds a Certificate of Healthcare Facilities Planning and Design and Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas as well as an Economic Development Finance Professional Certification from the National Development Council.
