The phrase “teamwork makes the dream work” is not just a cliché. The truth is that teamwork is at the heart of great achievement. Collaboration is critical for most industries, which is true for health care as well. The power of partnerships can help drive patient outcomes across communities and tackle industry-wide challenges. It is with this drive for collaboration that we are excited to join forces with two industry organizations—the American College of Healthcare Executives Minnesota Chapter (ACHE MN) and the Healthcare Leaders Association of Minnesota (HLAMN)—to empower leaders and foster innovation in health care collectively.
This October, we will hold two events designed to provide health care professionals with the tools, knowledge and networks they need to thrive in a complex, ever-changing environment.
Navigating Career Transitions: Strategies for Advancement
On October 24, the TRUST and ACHE MN will host Navigating Career Transitions: Strategies for Advancement. This event exemplifies how partnerships can offer fresh perspectives, foster mentorships and provide practical strategies for career growth. Health care professionals at all stages of their careers will benefit from hearing the stories of women leaders who have successfully navigated pivotal transitions in their professional journeys.
I am honored to speak at this event with fellow esteemed panelists Emily Blomberg, President, Regions Hospital and Jennifer DeCubellis, CEO of Hennepin Healthcare, to share our diverse experiences and insights. Jennifer Olson, President, BlueInnovo Advisors, will moderate the discussion.
Healthcare Leaders’ Summit: Navigating Change in the Modern Healthcare Landscape
Following closely on October 29, the TRUST is teaming up with HLAMN to present the Healthcare Leaders’ Summit: Navigating Change in the Modern Healthcare Landscape. As health care systems continue to face unprecedented shifts, ranging from technological advancements to regulatory changes, leadership and innovation are important for organizations seeking to remain resilient and agile.
At this event, a panel of distinguished health care executives, including Anthony Benusa, CEO of Midwest ENT Specialists; Andrea Hutchinson, Founder, CEO and President of CARE Consulting; and Mike Phelps, President and CEO of Ridgeview Medical Center, will discuss how they drive strategic growth through innovative partnerships and cutting-edge strategies. Ann Duginske Cibulka, Vice President of Real Estate – Healthcare of Ryan Companies will moderate.
