DESCRIPTION:Due to capacity limitations\, members are allowed to attend only 1 Pinnacle Dinner per year. \n  \nPlease join us for an intimate conversation and dinner at the Nicollet Island Inn with a pinnacle leader in our community featuring current and former TRUST presidents. \nEnjoy the conversation while you engage with other TRUST members.\nYou will have a chance to ask questions of our featured speaker and network with each other. \nLearn about their career journey and advice for women leading in their healthcare organizations and growing in their own professions\, while you share a fabulous meal and beverages together! \nHosted by: Chris Bent\, 2021 TRUST President\nPinnacle Leader: Allison O’Connor\, current TRUST President \nDate: 09.08.2022 \nTime: 6:00pm-8:00pm \nLocation:\nNicollet Island Inn\n95 Merriam Street\, Minneapolis \nCost: $100 (this includes dinner and drinks). \nRegistration is limited to 10 TRUST members and our two hosts\, so please register early. \n\nPinnacle Leader \nAllison O’ Connor\, 2022 TRUST President \n \nAllison O’Connor is the VP of Strategy Integration at Lifespark\, a whole-person senior care services company in Minneapolis.  In this role\, Allison works across the businesses of Lifespark to provide direction\, drive results\, and connect implementation and execution of the company strategy and goals.  Her career has focused on consulting in the health care industry\, first with Deloitte Consulting\, working with global and national clients to locally as a Principal at Fathom Consulting. Allison has over 22 years of professional experience in financial and operational planning\, and the last 18 years in healthcare. \nAllison has held President/Chair roles for the Board of the American College of Healthcare Executives Minnesota Chapter\, the Minnesota Rural Health Association and was Vice-Chair of the Board of Cedar Riverside People’s Center\, a local FQHC.  Allison is a Board member of the American Red Cross North Central Blood Services Region and member of the Women Business Leaders (WBL).  Allison served on the inaugural year of the charitable Arts & Healing Board supporting Minneapolis Children’s Hospital.  Allison was awarded the Top Women in Finance award in 2012 by Finance & Commerce magazine. \nAllison graduated at the top of her class in the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Johnson School at Cornell University in New York.  She earned a Bachelor of Science and Administration (BSBA) from the Daniels College of Business at Denver University as part of the Honors Program. \n\nHosted By \nChris Bent\, 2021 TRUST President \nAs senior vice president and chief operating officer (COO) at rime Therapeutics\, Christine Bent is responsible for the organization’s day-to-day PBM\, clinical and contact center operations\, operational planning and delivery \nBent’s prior 25-year extensive background leading large\, integrated health care provider systems gives Prime the expertise to create superior partnerships with physicians and other stakeholders to deliver patient-centered total drug management solutions. \nBent earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Carleton College in Northfield\, Minnesota\, and a master’s degree in hospital and healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
