Her previous professional experiences include eighteen years in Critical Care nursing and a Magnet Program Director. Melissa has Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University\, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota\, and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing Education from Walden University. Melissa has a passion for change management\, process improvement and nursing excellence. She is an active leader in numerous professional organizations\, community boards\, and volunteer activities. \n  \n\n\n\n\nAnn Guyott\nDirector of Operations & Director of SCRIBE SERVICES\nEmergency Care Consultants\, P.A. \n\nAnn Guyott is the Director of Operations for Emergency Care Consultants\, P.A. She is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations\, including strategic planning\, revenue cycle management\, payer relationships\, process improvement\, and recruitment and hiring. \nShe joined the TRUST in late 2020 as an opportunity to connect and collaborate with both TRUST members as well as members of the greater health care community . She currently serves on the Programming Committee where she enjoys developing events for members to learn from and network with other health care leaders. \nAnn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota\, Twin Cities and recently graduated this past May from the University of St. Thomas with a MBA. She is passionate about health care and leadership development\, especially cultivating and supporting leaders early in their careers. \nShe lives in Carver with her husband\, Jeff. She has three daughters\, Taylor (21)\, Cecilia (7)\, and Aria (5). During her free time\, she enjoys spending time with family\, being active with running and biking\, listening to a podcast\, and enjoying a nice\, hot cup of coffee. \n  \nEllie Hallen\nDirector of Operations\nAllina Integrated Medical Network [AIMN] \n \nEllie Hallen joined Allina Health in 2015 as an Administrative Fellow\, becoming Allina’s Neuroscience Program and Operations Manager for the following 5 years. After serving as project manager for Allina’s value-based contracting efforts with BCBS MN\, she has now been serving as Director\, Population Health for over two years\, building the capabilities required for achieving success in Allina Health’s population health strategy. In 2021\, Ellie took on additional responsibility as Director of Operations\, Allina Integrated Medical Network\, as well as Program Director for Allina’s Health-Related Social Needs program. Ellie received a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota in 2015\, and an undergraduate degree from Boston College in Economics and Psychology in 2012. \n  \nMolly Jacques\nSr. Director\, Specialty Care Ring\nHennepin Healthcare \n\nMolly Jacques is Sr. Director of Clinic Operations at Hennepin Health Care overseeing daily operations for various primary\, medicine specialty \, and surgical practices within a new clinic and specialty center. She has over 20 years of experience in the health care industry working in the medical device industry\, health care consulting \, and for the last 10 years in clinic operations. Molly has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota with a focus in health care administration/policy and a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of St. Benedict with an undergraduate degree in Communication. She reside s in Lakeville\, MN with her family including husband and two teenage children. They enjoy attending various sporting and community events \, and cooking for family and friends. \n  \nJoy Plamann\nPresident\nCentracare \n \nJoy Plamann\, DNP\, MBA\, RN\, BC\, is Senior Vice President for Central Operations and President for St. Cloud Hospital. Dr. Plamann started her career with CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital in 1995.
