DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, November 16\, 2022. 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM \nThis 5 session cohort\, facilitated by Margaret Smith\, will follow the needs and wishes of the members. That may sound a bit free flowing and lack the specificity and direction you would find helpful. However\, this structure allows for conversation about relevant and contemporary issues\, things that are happening right now that we need help or support for. \nTypical topics that Margaret will include are: holding tough conversations\, asking for what you want\, building trust\, managing your mindset\, motivating and inspiring others\, leading up – down and side ways. \nLearn from others\, build long lasting relationships\, share your wisdom and experiences\, enhance your leadership skills\, and have fun! \n \nMargaret B.
